DaVinci Resolve iPad UPDATE: IntelliSearch Is Fast Again

DaVinci Resolve for iPad just got a new update, Version 21.0.2. This is a small maintenance update focused on bug fixes and stability improvements, but I also show you how the full Studio version runs on the iPad Mini 7.

• Addressed thumbnail preview when bypassing Color or Fusion.
• Improved display of retime speed curve.
• Addressed issue with pasting copied keyframes between clips.
• Addressed issue with Video Inspector zoom minimum values.
• Addressed issues with slower IntelliScript performance.
• Addressed bit depth when exporting current frame as a TIFF still.
• Addressed inconsistent selection of source tape.
• Addressed Inspector Unicode display issues with spell check.
• Addressed some Fusion transition defaults for vertical timelines.
• General performance and stabilization improvements.

DaVinci Resolve iPad Studio runs on the iPad Mini 7

This update is a good moment to point out that the full Studio version of DaVinci Resolve runs on the iPad Mini 7. The Cut, Edit, Fusion, Fairlight and Color pages all work, even though this device does not have one of the M series chips.
