In this article/video i will show you a different (alternative) way on how you can export your PowerGrades so you can use them on a different Laptop or iPad and import them there again. In the meantime since i made this video Blackmagic Design fixed the official way of exporting a PowerGrade. So i keep this article as history or if you need a workaround. How to EXPORT a PowerGrade (Workaround)

Instead of using the export feature directly on the PowerGrades you can also come to the Stills and right click (longer press) on the Still you want to save and then click on export.

Navigate to the location you want to save the Preset and give it a name and click open.

How To IMPORT a PowerGrade to DaVinci Resolve on the iPad?

To Import a PowerGrade simply right click in an empty space in the PowerGrades folder and select “Import”.

When DaVinci Resolve saves the PowerGrade it creates two files. One bigger size and one very small size. To import you have to select the bigger file size.

And now the imported PowerGrade is available in your PowerGrade Folder.
