How To Clean Up Skin in DaVinci Resolve iPad!

In this article/video i will show you how you can work with a Skin and do retouch changes using the Studio Version of DaVinci Resolve for the iPad. This Features only comes with the Studio only. It does not work with the Free Version of DaVinci Resolve. Have Fun learning.

Step 1: Go to the Color Page and create a new Node

In the Color Page create a New Node (Option + S) or use the icon to create one.

Step 2: Add the Face Refinement Effect

Select the new node and search under Effects for “Face Refinement”

Step 3: Analyse the Face

On the Top of this Effect click first on “Analyze”.

After the Analyze process is done you will see some outline dots on your face. You can turn this off with the Check Box “Show Overlay”.

Step 4: Change the Texture Values to make the Skin more soft

Under the category “Texture” you can change the values for Amount and Scale to make the Skin more soft. Done many times this is already enough. But this effect has a ton of more settings you can play around to do retouch of your skin.
