How To Change Duration of Multiple Images in DaVinci Resolve iPad

In this article i will show you, how you can change the duration of multiple images all at once using DaVinci Resolve on the iPad. When you place an image to the Timeline there is a default duration time for images. I will also show you how you can change that as well. Enjoy.

Methode 1: Change the Default Image Duration Time

Open the Shortcuts Menu (Option + Command + K) and navigate to Application and DaVinci Resolve and give “Preferences…” a Shortcut.

Open the Preferences Menu and go under “Uers” to the Tab “Editing” and scroll down to General Settings. Here you see all kinds of default settings. Change the “Standard still duration” to change the time for images.

Methode 2: Change Image Duration of Multiple Images already in the Timeline

Select all your images (Commad + A) or you can longer press on the Playhead and select the right icon for “Select all to the right”.

Right Click on one of the selected clips (longer press with pencil) and choose the “Duration” Icon.

Change the Duration Time to what you like. You can also use the Pre-Set Time Buttons 1s, 5s and 15s. Done.
