In this article i will show you a simple, fast and easy way of adding the light rays effect in DaVinci Resolve for the iPad. With this you can get results like this:

Step 1: Add the Light Ray Effect

Go to the Effects Tab on the Top and search for “Light Rays”. Simply drag & drop the effect to your clip.

Step 2: Change the Inspector Values to make the image more pop.

Select the Clip and go to the Inspector. You can change Source Threshold to increase the light rays effect. You can also change the position to change the angle where the light shines. Done.
