DaVinci Resolve Free Upgrades for Lifetime?
The one thing that separates DaVinci Resolve from the competition, besides the existence of a ridiculous powerful free version which includes 90% of all features (Yes! It’s that good.), is that the Studio Upgrade is a one-time purchase for $295/€349 (Desktop) and $95/€99 (iPad) and when a new Version with new Studio Features came out you get a free upgrade.
At least this is how it was in the past. If you purchased your Studio License with DVR Version 15 you got all the upgrades without ever paying again. But whenDaVinci Resolve Version 20 was released this year their where rumours that the Paid Studio license might change…
