How to Show Duplicate Frames DaVinci Resolve iPad

In this article/video i will show you how you can find duplicate frames in your Timeline using DaVinci Resolve on iPad. This is a feature that exists in the Desktop Version simply by going to View and select “Show Duplicate Frames”.

1. Give “Show Duplicate Frames” a Shortcut on DVR iPad

On the iPad Version of DaVinci Resolve open the Shortcuts Menu (Option + Command + K) and search for Show Duplicate Frame and give it a Shortcut.

To see duplicate Timelines, DaVinci Resolve can color code your clips in the Timeline.
Use the Shortcut to toggle on “Show Duplicate Timeline. And this only works in the EDIT PAGE not the CUT PAGE of DaVinci Resolve for iPad.

2. How many duplicates are used in the Timeline?

In the EDIT PAGE (not the CUT PAGE) you can right click on a clip and scroll down to “Duplicate Frames” to see how many frames from that selected clip exist in the Timeline.

In the Media Pool change the View to List View.
